★★★★★ Discover why our approach works for so many families across the Fylde Coast

That doesn’t mean we’re cold. It means we don’t hide a lack of detail behind gentle words. Our carers are kind, patient people, chosen for it, and your relative sees the same familiar faces each visit. Alongside that, you get honesty: a clear picture of what’s needed, a straight answer on cost, and someone who will say if a service isn’t right. Warmth and straight talking, not one or the other.
Every arrangement with us starts the same way. We meet you for free, at home or at our Lytham St Annes office, with no cost and no commitment to go ahead. We talk through what’s happening, what would genuinely help, and how often support might be needed.
You come away with a clear picture of the options, an honest view on cost, and straight answers to the questions you’ve struggled to get answered elsewhere. If the timing isn’t right, or we’re not the best fit, we’ll tell you.
We’re a family-run business, on the Fylde Coast for over 35 years, led by Ann and Nigel with a nurse’s eye kept on the care. Family-run isn’t a tagline for us. It sets the standard every visit is held to.
The aim is always to keep someone in their own home, living their own life, for as long as that works. Not just safe and looked after, but still doing the things that matter to them.
We’ll tell you what we think, what it costs and what we can’t do, before you commit to anything. If the timing is wrong, or we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
Trust needs continuity. A small, familiar team who know the person and their history, not a rota of strangers turning up unannounced.
Ann and Nigel started the company after seeing how care worked, and didn’t, for their own relatives. Every carer is measured against one test: is this good enough for our mum or dad?
